Hey guys, Eqinoxblogs😎 here and this blog post is about some important netiquette rules, what they mean and why we use them. We follow these rules because we need to know how to check what we’re posting on the internet. By the end of this blog you will know 6 netiquette rules.

 

Use headings and respect others privacy

 

Including a heading is essential in a blog post to insure that the readers know what you’re talking about and if there trying to find a particular paragraph they can identify it easily by the heading. I use headings and you should to, it’s just helpful for the readers. Respecting people’s privacy is also an essential netiquette rules, do not write mean comments or “creepy” comments such as where do you live? What’s your phone number. Just respect other people’s privacy. Would you like it happening to you⁉

 

Avoid Racism and use appropriate language

 

Racism can be hilarious but if you others take racism the wrong way it could get out of hand. Try to avoid racism when your writing online or face to face to people. People can sometimes can be really offended or even insulted to a racism so try to avoid it. Using appropriate language in your work is one of the most important netiquette rule in my opinion. When you’re writing or even playing an online game avoid swearing even if it’s as a joke. It’s just not the right thing to do so try to avoid it anywhere.

 

Copy with caution and no spam (A.K.A junk email)

 

Copying information on the network can be a great way to save time but things can also go wrong when your copying and pasting. I’m saying you should avoid it but when you’re copying a URL for example check if you have copied the right thing. When you’re writing a blog post just like this one avoid scam comments or even the writer advertisements. Scam emails are just the worst they can be horrific and advertisements are just as bad. Always exit an advertisement no matter what is says.

 

Conclusion

 

These are just the my most important 6 netiquette rules. There are plenty more netiquette rules in this site. #GameOn

 

Hey guys Equinox here and this blog post is about a video called #GameOn. I highly recommend you to watch this video because it is about the way people live their lives and cyber bullying as well as safety. I think this video is a role model to help people understand everything is not about the internet and to hang out with your friends. What do you think? #GameOn.

 

Video games

In #GameOn there are two children playing video games half-way through the night, making them really grumpy and sleepy at school. Don’t let video games take over your friendships, but you can still play them just don’t play too much. This game is affecting their everyday lives interfering school, friendships and even family time. #GameOn is a great way to know when you’re going too far and when to stop and chill with your mates. The children were just to addictive and now understood that life isn’t just about gaming but both gaming and friendships.

 

Cyber bullying

 

In #GameOn there are two girls on Instagram and one of them accusing that the other is posting horrible pictures of her on the website but the other girl actually didn’t. This is called cyber bullying but can also be in different ways such as saying mean words on a game for instance. Cyber bullying is just normal bullying except online. Her other friend had known her passcode and was posting photo shopped pictures on her page without permission as a joke but was really not funny. People tend to not be there self-online because there not actually confronting the person.

 

#GameOn is an amazing example of addiction and many more things. In the end the 2 children playing there game didn’t play as much as they did before and spent more time with family and friends. Also the girl forgives her silly behaviour sending stupid pictures and made up again and became good friends once again. Don’t let the internet take over, Equinox out!

 

 

 

 

This blog post is to insure that people are aware of the advantages and disadvantages of the internet. People should be feel safe on the internet whether it be playing games or texting people. Don’t get me wrong the internet is a great place providing education as such but there can be dangers using the internet as such as being scammed. So this blog is teaching you the fun and the dangers using the internet.

 

YouTube, addictions and Educations.

 

YouTube is a great place to explore the world and surroundings but sometimes you can get carried away and watch too much YouTube for instance which is when you’re addicted. Addictions aren’t a great thing, you don’t get enough exercise, spending less time with your family and many more. YouTube can also be a great website to explore providing educations. People want to learn but they don’t really want to hit the books so that’s where YouTube comes in handy. Everyday people are learning new things. That’s why YouTube can also be a great place to explore.

 

Google, Entertainment and Identify thieves.

 

Google has some of the best entertainments in the world, have you watched Thomas Sanders???? He’s hilarious and all those other viners at CoVines!!!! Isn’t google just the best place in the world?? If you’re not that type of guy just watch other clips, its great isn’t it? There can also be disadvantages to Google such as getting your identity stolen by an identity thieve, one mistake and all your belongings such as money, passports and identity could well be stolen completely. Social Media, relatives and pictures.

 

 

Social Media is a great place to explore the web but there can be disadvantages using social media. For instance when your using Google, if you post a photo on the internet, you can’t take it down, it’s there forever. It could be an inappropriate photo that you want to take down but you can’t! This can also happen with friends photo shopping a picture of you without permission. There are also good things about social media, you can talk to your friends, relatives, and more. No matter where they are in the world you could sent them a message or even call them and you can even see them with face-cam.  

 

To conclude with the internet can be a dangerous place or even the best thing that has ever happened to you. What do you think??? The internet can be there purely for your entertainment or education but can also have bad sides to the internet like scamming for instance or even being a victim of an identity thieve.
